Fabric knowledge of hotel bedding.
Bed linen, quilt cover, pillowcase: using 40s, 60s, 80s, 100s, 120s, all kinds of plain weave, twill and satin cloth according to hotel grade.
What do 40s, 60s, 80s, 100s and 120s mean?
Fabric count:
A gram of cotton is 40 lengths of 1 meter, that is 40, and 1 g of cotton is 60 lengths of 1 m, which is 60, of course, and if stretched 80 m, it is 80 s. The longer it stretches, the thinner its yarn, the denser the fabric, and of course the yarn of the 40 s, if the 40 s want to be stretched for 60 meters, it would break. So, the thinner the weave, the subtler it is, the longer it is to live, and the more powerful the plant is, and can withstand the high levels of washing frequency in the hotel.
Fabric density
Density refers to the number of warp and weft that are arranged in each square inch, called density of warp & weft. It is usually used as “warp number * weft number". A few common types of density, such as 140*110,173*120,133*156, indicate that each square inch contains warp : 140, weft: 110, which refers to the warp and weft that are woven together.
